CREDO, along with the Dallas Street Choir, has accepted an invitation by the Weill Music Institute to perform at Carnegie Hall on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Never in its 126-year history has Carnegie Hall hosted a performance by a musical ensemble comprised solely of those experiencing homelessness.

Also debuting on this concert will be the newly-formed New York City Festival Street Choir. This ensemble will rehearse the morning of June 14th and join both choirs on stage for a special combined performance that evening. Frederica von Stade, a world-renowned mezzo-soprano and loyal Dallas Street Choir advocate, has agreed to perform on this program. Other special guests will be announced as schedules are confirmed.

A number of tickets to this event will be donated to local aid organizations and shelters so that those living on the streets of New York are able to attend this performance at no cost. All remaining seats will be available for purchase from the Carnegie Hall Box Office.
